1. Personalised digital products

Amelo Studio creates personalised digital music based on the information provided by each client. Under UK consumer law, personalised digital products are not eligible for refunds once work on the commission has begun. By placing an order, you confirm that the product is custom-made for you and that it becomes non-refundable once creative work starts.

2. When refunds may be requested

You may request a refund only if work has not yet started on your song. Work is considered started once your brief has been reviewed, initial ideas or lyrics have been drafted, or any form of music production has begun. If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available once creative work, composition, lyric development, or production has begun. Refunds are also not available after a first draft, preview, or completed file has been delivered.

4. Delivery issues

If you do not receive your digital files due to a technical issue such as email delivery failure, this does not qualify for a refund. We will resend the files promptly once notified.

5. Quality concerns or creative preferences

Because each song is created uniquely and reflects artistic interpretation, refunds are not granted for reasons related to creative style, artistic preference, vocal tone, production choices, or personal opinions about the creative direction. Revisions are offered only where they form part of the purchased package.

6. Duplicate or accidental orders

If two identical orders are placed in error and only one has been started, the unused order may be refunded in full, provided you notify us immediately.

7. Force majeure

If Amelo Studio is unable to fulfil your order due to unexpected circumstances such as illness or technical problems, and no work has been delivered, you will receive a full refund.

8. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, you should email hello@amelostudio.com

and provide your full name, order number, date of purchase, and a short explanation of your request. We aim to respond within three to five business days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of amelostudio.com indicates acceptance of the most recent version.
