How does the process work?
Once you place an order, you submit a short brief describing the story, tone, and musical style you would like. The studio reviews the information and begins creating the song. A first version is delivered within the timeframe indicated on the product page. If your package includes revisions, you may request changes after receiving the draft.
How long does it take to receive my song?
Delivery times vary depending on the package selected. Most commissions are delivered within seven days. If you need a specific deadline, you should contact the studio before placing an order to confirm availability.
What information should I include in my brief?
Your brief should include the story or message you want captured, any personal details that matter to the narrative, preferred musical styles or artists you enjoy, and any specific instructions you consider important. The more relevant detail you provide, the better the final result can be tailored to you.
Can I request revisions?
Revisions are available if the package you purchased includes them. Revisions are intended to refine or adjust elements of the song, rather than to completely rewrite or recreate the piece. If you are unsure whether your request is considered a revision or a new commission, the studio will clarify this before proceeding.
What format will the final song be delivered in?
The format of the final files depends on the package you select. Songs are delivered in MP3 and/or WAV format according to the package purchased. If your package includes a lyric video, the video will be delivered in MP4 format. Other file formats are not available.
Who owns the rights to the song?
Clients receive ownership of the final delivered song for personal and commercial use. Amelo Studio retains the underlying rights to the composition and production and may use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Can I use the song for commercial purposes?
Yes. Every purchase from Amelo Studio includes commercial usage rights. This means you may use the song for business purposes, advertising, brand content, social media campaigns, and other commercial activities without needing an additional licence.
Will my song be shared publicly?
Amelo Studio may showcase commissioned songs as part of its portfolio or promotional activity. If you require the song to remain fully private, you should inform the studio before purchase.
Are refunds available?
Because all songs are personalised digital products, refunds are not available once work on the commission has begun. Refunds are possible only if no creative work has started. Full details are available in the Refund Policy.
Do you handle urgent requests?
